1.Description
This heavy-duty Lebus grooved winch drum is manufactured from Q345B low-alloy structural steel. The workpiece surface undergoes strict sand blasting treatment and is coated with zinc-rich primer for superior anti-corrosion performance. Equipped with professional Lebus rope grooves, it guides steel wire ropes to wind neatly in multiple layers, effectively avoiding wire rope extrusion, wear, disordered winding and jumping rope. The overall structure adopts ribbed reinforcement design, featuring high structural rigidity and strong bearing capacity. It is matched with standard threaded mounting holes for quick assembly with winch bodies, widely applied to engineering lifting winches, marine winches and various heavy-load winding equipment.
